Join Fraser Beck, one of our Retreat Leaders for a 60-Minute breath practice.

This class was held during Mental Health Awareness month to nurture the collective mental wellbeing. We felt the need to share the powerful tools that Fraser has to offer as we all continue moving through this time of change and integration.

Bringing our awareness to our breath is a potent way to bring us back into the present, instantly turning on our parasympathetic nervous system.

As Thich Nhat Hanh says so perfectly;

"The present moment is the only moment available to us and is the door to all moments."

During the 60-Minute class, Fraser offers four techniques to cultivate stillness and clarity in the mind. Explore how the breath moves through you.

What do I need?

  • A comfortable surface to lie on
  • Anything you may require to sit comfortably on the floor
  • Bolster to support the knees while lying down (optional)
  • Blanket (optional)

Wishing you a sense of deep mental calm, Arohanui!
