Does it ever feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? I know that feeling well. These days, with the constant stream of news and demands on our attention, it’s no wonder so many of us feel overwhelmed or untethered.
That’s why I’ve recorded this for you - a simple, grounding practice I return to again and again. It’s just a few minutes long, but it can shift everything. Once you’ve practiced it a couple of times, you’ll find it easy to drop into - on a walk, before a meeting, or whenever the world feels a little too loud.
This is the kind of clarity that becomes your edge. A quiet strength that doesn’t push, but allows.
